To the south west of the house there is a large terrace with generous seating, external lighting and bbq area ideal for al fresco dining, then steps up to areas of lawn, pond and kitchen gardens. To the south of the house is the grass tennis lawn and large areas of lawn.

The six hole golf course has well maintained fairways and professionally laid greens and features a large pond.

The grass tennis lawn is playable from May to September depending on the weather.

There is a children’s’ play area, rope swing, tree house, wooden wendy house and zip wire.
